Math Manipulatives - The Ultimate List!

Now that you've had a chance to process the fact that Dr. Nicki Newton is coming to Nixa *breathe*, it's time to start thinking about a math manipulatives list.  "What list?" you ask.  Well, you may have been so excited about the news of Dr. Newton's visit that you skipped right over the "Wait...there's more" part.  How could this announcement get any better? ;-)
